Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Kisschat.ai Service, all purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we offer a limited refund window under strict conditions. By making a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility Window (24 Hours)

  • You may request a refund only within 24 hours of your transaction.
  • Late Requests: Any refund request submitted more than 24 hours after the payment was processed will be automatically denied.
  • To request a refund, contact payments@kisschat.ai immediately with your transaction ID.

2. "No Use" Condition

  • IMPORTANT: Even if you request a refund within the 24-hour window, your request will be denied if you have used any part of the purchased service.
  • Sending any chat messages.
  • Generating any images.
  • Spending any KissCoins or credits.
  • If the system detects any usage of the features listed above, the purchase is considered 'consumed' and is non-refundable.

4. Processing Timeline

  • If your refund is approved:
  • Issuer: All refunds are processed directly by Kisschat.ai.
  • Method: Funds will be credited back strictly to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Timeframe: Refunds will be issued within ten (10) days of the final confirmation from our Client Relations team.
