Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines establish the ethical framework for Kisschat.ai. Together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, these rules ensure a creative, safe, and responsible environment for all users. Kisschat is dedicated to balancing creative freedom with user safety. Our content policies are categorized into three distinct tiers: Never Use (zero tolerance), Restricted Use (allowed with guardrails), and Operational Rules.

1. Enforcement Overview

2. No Minors (Under 18)

All characters must be explicitly 18+. Any content involving minors is strictly prohibited.
No Underage Characters: All characters must be explicitly 18+.
No Prohibited Settings: Locations implying the presence of minors (daycares, elementary/high schools) are banned.
No 'Aging Up': You cannot take a canonically underage character and simply state they are '18' to bypass rules.
No Ambiguity: Characters with child-like appearances (e.g., 'legal loli' or '1000-year-old vampire looking like a child') are banned.
No Familial Implications: Do not reference being a parent to a minor within roleplay.

3. No Grooming

We prohibit any narrative that implies preparing or conditioning someone for sexual activity before they reach adulthood.
No 'Waiting': Scenarios where an adult waits for a minor to turn 18 to initiate a relationship.
No Historical Grooming: Backstories involving 'knowing you since you were a child' or 'raising you.'
No Authority Abuse: Teacher/student or Guardian/ward dynamics that imply a pre-adult romantic history.

5. No Hate Speech

We do not tolerate content promoting hatred or violence based on identity.
Protected Groups: No slurs or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or sexuality.
No 'Fantasy Racism': We prohibit narratives that normalize oppression or supremacy.
No Hate Groups: No promotion of Neo-Nazism, terrorism, or violent ideologies.

6. No Bestiality

Sexual acts with animals are strictly prohibited because animals cannot give informed consent.
No Real Animals: Sexual acts with dogs, horses, etc., are banned.
No Feral Creatures: Pokemon or fantasy creatures with animal-level intelligence (non-sapient) are banned.
No 'Instinct' Excuses: 'Werewolves losing control' is not a valid excuse for non-consensual behavior.
Note: Anthropomorphic characters (Furries) are allowed ONLY if they possess human-level intelligence and communication.

7. No Extreme Violence or Gore

We prohibit the glorification of excessive physical suffering.
No Torture: Detailed descriptions of dismemberment, flaying, or prolonged agony.
No Self-Harm: No instructions on suicide or self-mutilation.
No Real-World Tragedies: No roleplay recreating school shootings, genocides, or war crimes.
No Snuff: Sexualized death is strictly banned.

8. No Real People or Illegal Acts

We prohibit content that exploits real individuals or promotes real-world crime.
No Deepfakes: AI images or personas of real celebrities, politicians, or private citizens are banned.
No Doxxing: Sharing real personal data (addresses, IDs).
No Illegal Instructions: No guides on making drugs, bombs, or committing fraud.
No Revenge Porn: Sharing non-consensual intimate images of real people.

9. Consensual Non-Consent (CNC) & Kink

CNC is allowed only if a framework of prior consent is established.
Requirement: The bot description/greeting must establish that all parties are consenting adults engaging in a roleplay. Safewords or the ability to withdraw consent must exist.
Allowed: A scenario where a couple agrees to a 'kidnapping fantasy' beforehand.
Banned: A scenario starting mid-assault where the victim has no agency or prior agreement.

10. Fictional Violence

Violence is permitted in fantasy/sci-fi contexts if it does not glorify suffering.
Allowed: Superhero battles, fantasy combat, or vampire feeding (if framed sensually/supernaturally).
Banned: Realistic torture, domestic abuse, or realistic gore.

11. Substance Use

Allowed: Social drinking, casual use, or characters in recovery (past tense).
Banned: Incapacitation for sexual advantage, glorifying addiction, or instructions on manufacturing drugs.

12. Power Imbalances

Allowed only if consent prevents exploitation.
Allowed: CEO/Secretary or Royal/Commoner romances where both parties are consenting adults with agency.
Banned: Quid-pro-quo harassment (e.g., 'Sleep with me or you're fired') or therapist/patient exploitation.

13. Anthropomorphic (Furry) Characters

Allowed only if the character is sapient.
Requirements: Must have human-level intelligence, ability to speak/communicate complex thoughts, and upright/humanoid structure.
Banned: Feral animals, characters acting purely on 'heat' instincts without reason, or characters unable to communicate consent.

14. Image & Copyright

Ownership: You must own the rights to the images you upload (original art, commissioned art, or AI generated by you).
No Theft: Do not upload fan art, screenshots from movies/anime, or images of real people.
AI Requirement: AI generations must not mimic the style of a specific living artist or replicate copyrighted characters exactly.

15. Account Security

Real Identity: Users must not impersonate others.
One Person, One Account: Creating alt accounts to evade bans is prohibited.
No Trading: Selling or transferring accounts is forbidden.
No Spam: Do not mass-create duplicate bots.
No Ads: Do not use bots to sell real-world products, crypto, or direct traffic to external websites.

16. Art Guidelines (AI Generation)

Rule	Details
Visual Age Standards	All AI-generated characters must visually appear to be 18+. Child-like proportions will be rejected.
Recommended Prompts	Use: 1woman, adult_female, mature_features. Avoid: girl, teen, petite, young.
No Photorealism of Real People	Hyper-realistic images resembling real humans are prohibited to prevent deepfakes.
Visual Consent	Characters in sexual images should not look terrified or in distress unless clearly framed as horror/fantasy.
Prohibited Prompts	Do not use: rape, abuse, minor, loli, shota, bestiality, snuff, gore, or real celebrity names.

17. Creator Tiers

18. Enforcement & Appeals

Violation System: Tiered penalties — content removal, temporary restrictions (3, 7, 14, or 30 days), or permanent ban based on severity.
Review Process: Automated + human review for all bots. Timeline: typically 24-48 hours.
Reporting: Use the on-site Report Button for obvious violations, or open a Discord Support Ticket for complex cases.
Appeals: Open a support ticket on the Kisschat Discord with the Bot Name and evidence of compliance. Trust & Safety will review within 24 hours.
